1 Day Droopy Eyelids | Face Yoga Method

1.  Take “Before” photos – profile and close up on the eye area

2.  Do the “Eye Opening Binocular Pose” with hands – 3 times throughout the day

Benefits

Reduces unnecessary forehead movement. Prevents wrinkles. Opens up the eyes.

Instructions

1. Curl the hands into “C” shapes.

2. Place the index fingers above each eyebrow, along the upper eye bones and each thumb on either side of the nose, just above the nostrils.

3.  Do the “Forehead Lift” with hands – 3 times throughout the day

Instructions

1. Place the sides of the hands along the hairline and apply firm pressure and push the hairline back.

2. Maintain the pressure, look down towards the floor with just the eyes.

3. Hold this pose for 5 seconds.

Tips

Keep your chest open and neck and shoulders relaxed. Make sure you are not frowning.

4.  Do the “Mini FaceLift” – 3 times throughout the day

Benefits: helps to lift up the side of the face, kind of like a mini facelift without all the trauma.

Breathing is very important in this pose. Sit tall, open your chest and relax your shoulders for maximum results.

1. Raise the right arm at a 45º angle and the left hand up to the ceiling.

2. Place the left ring finger at the corner of your right eye and the middle finger on the temple.

3. Bend your head to the left.

4. Stick your tongue out to the left toward the floor and breathe out completely through your mouth saying “haaa”

5. Repeat twice on each side.

5.  Do the “Acupressure Push for the Eye Area” – 3 times throughout the day

Benefits: helps to reduce sinus problems, tired eye, bloodshot eyes and headaches.

Press the following spots with your thumbs and index fingers. Gradually intensify the pressure and hold for 5 seconds in each position. If you feel tightness or pain in the eye area, your eyes could be very tired. If you have your elbows resting on a table it is easier to apply more pressure.

1. Place index fingers at the hairline and thumbs at the inside ends of your eyebrows, just above the bridge of your nose.

2. Place index fingers at the hairline and thumbs at the inside ends of your eyebrows, just above the bridge of your nose.

3. Place thumbs at the slight hollows at the edge of your eyebrows and index fingers at the hairline.
