The worst thing you can do when you’re improving your face and skin is to tell yourself you hate your face and skin. Mindset dictates results. If you don’t believe success is possible, you won’t stay engaged and inspired enough to see anything through.

The most critical mindset tip I teach my students is the power of visualization. Each day before you practice your facial exercises, envision yourself with the face and skin of your dreams. Picture how you would feel with a bright, taut face.

Visualizing your results helps you stay motivated, see results, and gain confidence!
