Carrot Dressing - The Shortest (and easiest?) Way To Healthy and Vibrant Skin With Carrots | Face Yoga Method

As a mother, I try to add more veggies to our table. My daughter doesn’t always love them but she eats many veggies I give her. Your mother was right. “Eat more veggie because they are good for you. “What does “good for you mean?” Have you ever thought about it? Many veggies are not only good for you, they are good for your skin! Think of carrots. That cute orange colored veggie is great for your skin.

Here is why:

  • Carrots keep your skin healthy and vibrant
  • They are high in beta-carotene
  • They have an antioxidant that is converted to vitamin A inside the body
  • Beta carotene helps repair skin tissue and protects against the sun’s harsh rays

Here is one of the recipes I want to share with you; home made carrot dressing.  My family loves it, my friends love it and it is super easy to make! (which is very important for all of us, right?) You can keep it in your fridge for up to a week.  You can also use it as a marinade for a chicken dish (Yummy!).  Enjoy this super easy carrot dressing with shredded cabbage (that is my favorite). Tell me your favorite dressing recipe in the comments below.
