Many of us have a very busy schedule throughout the day and do not have enough time to take care of ourselves, mentally and physically. I totally understand it. I am married, have an almost 3 year old toddler who seeks constant attention and makes a mess, a husband who loves to have a clean house and wants to have a nice dinner when he gets home. I work at home. Do I have enough time for myself?

The answer is “no.”

So what do I do?

If I tell you that you will start seeing dramatic results mentally and physically in only less than 3 minutes a day, do you believe me? Are you willing to try? I do this exercise in the car when I drive my daughter to her preschool, not when I am driving but when I stop at the stop sign. I do not have enough time for myself, so I sneak in time.
