Here are some things to remember when you do dry brushing. The best time to do dry brushing is first thing in the morning on dry skin. Start with the soles of your feet and use a gentle circular motion working upward in the direction of the heart; heels, calf, knees, back of the thighs (the most affected area with the cellulite), buttocks, back, hands, arms and armpits. End dry brushing on your tummy area. You should feel increased blood circulation right away. Take a shower and wash off the dead skin cells. Do not forget to put moisturizer/lotion on your body.

What Kind Of Brush You Should Use For Dry Brushing
Make sure you use a brush with natural bristles. You can easily get it from natural stores and shops.You can also get it online. This is the one I have been using for many years; My favorite dry brush. Try this as a daily routine. If you have very sensitive, dry skin, use a towel instead of using a brush.
