How To Make Face Yoga A Daily Habit With One Exercise | Face Yoga Method

Do you get excited when you see some new “diet” and “exercise” hoping that you will follow through this time? Do you follow the exercise for a few days but then quit before you see the results? And then feel bad about yourself? Well, I have been there and I know how it felt and I did not like it!!! Then to make myself feel “better,” I always came up with the most reasonable wonderful “excuse.” I hope this is not the case for you. If so, here are some solutions:

Do not make face exercises “optional
Do at least one facial exercise a day. That is it!
Ask yourself, “why do I do this exercise?” “How do I want to feel/look?”

Take a baby step and still you will see the results!
