The shocking truth about your neck and jawline

Yes, the neck ages. It is a fact. You wear clothing to cover your body. You can wear make up to cover your face, but the neck is the area people do not really pay attention until one day you just say “how did my neck get like this?’ The answer is aging. As we age, together with gravity, the skin, fat and muscles of our face and neck begin to fall. I can tell a persons age by simply looking at the neckline and very often it is very accurate.

The short cut for a neck lift without surgery

This exercise is very easy and simple. It helps to strengthen and tighten up the neck muscles and reduce/prevent a sagging neck, wobbling skin and double chin. 1-0: The Swan Neck (hands free)

Turn your head to the upper right, about 45 degrees, pucker your mouth to the right, really hard. Feel the stretch on the left front of your neck.

Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat one more time.

Turn your head to the upper left, about 45 degrees, pucker your mouth to the left, really hard.

Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat one more time.

Do not push too hard or hold your breath! If you have neck pain, try practicing slowly and feel the stretch.
