Get a natural cheek lift and make more people smile at you | Face Yoga Method

Have you ever tried lifting your cheeks while you are running?

We wear bra tops to prevent our breasts from sagging but what about our face? I lift my cheeks while riding my bicycle to take my daughter to school.  I probably look like I am smiling to others when I intentionally lift up my cheeks.  Why do I think so? because people who pass me on the street greet me with a big smile!

Gravity pulls everything down all the time and your cheeks are also affected by gravity.  Why not prevent sagging by lifting your cheeks?

The benefits are not just physical they are also psychological since you will see more people smiling at you and that makes you feel so great!

Try this pose next time you go running, jogging, riding a bicycle or even climbing up the stairs.  You will be happily surprised to see the changes on your face and in your life!

This movement is very simple:

  • Curl your lower lip over your lower teeth.
  • Lift up the corners of your mouth
  • Imagine that you are making round circles with your cheeks
  • Hold this position for two to five seconds. (You can keep holding this position while you are running/jogging as long as you feel comfortable)

Try this pose next time you go running, jogging, riding a bicycle or even climbing up the stairs.  You will be happily surprised to see the changes on your face and in your life!
