The Anti-Aging Secrets to Traveling

Today I will show you what I bring with me when I stay at a hotel: yogurt, dry body brush, daily face/body scrub and a special pillow. I also share the secret of “how to keep drinking hot water while in the hotel room!” Drinking hot water is a very important routine in my day. I do not want to break the routine even when I am traveling!

Benefits Of Drinking Hot Water

Many of you already know the benefits of drinking plenty of water to get glowing skin: water flushes the toxins out of your system and improves your skin condition. I know you may be thinking “Oh, it is such common knowledge these days so it is not really new information.” And you may already drink plenty of water everyday, but I would like to tell you the secret of drinking of hot water. Yes, hot water!!!

Why “hot” water? It is one of the simplest secrets of a young looking face, clear skin and losing unwanted weight. Let me explain. Almost every body washes dishes, right? What is the secret of doing dishes when you have greasy plates? Use a lot of dish soap? Yeah, that may work but it is so bad for the environment and can be expensive. Soak it over night? Well, then what? Just put it in the dishwasher? Sure, that will do it, but even then the dishwasher uses hot water, not cold water to get rid of waste, right? The same thing applies to your face and body!

Some of the benefits of drinking hot water are:

• Cleans and purifies the body, skin and mind
• Improves bowel movements and cures constipation
• Promotes healthy weight loss
• Increases/improves blood circulation
• Increases energy levels
And so much more!

I shot this video while I was on my work/vacation trip with my business partner and sister in law, Maria. The reason? Because traveling can affect your skin condition: your routine changes, the environment is different, you eat out more so your diet is different, and sleep patterns can be affected due to the hotel bed. All of these things can affect you more than you think.

    1. Water helps the skin to rejuvenate, especially when you add lemon to it, but the best way to treat acne is to prevent in the first place. The most common products causing acne are dairy products, saturated fats and sugar; reduce or remove them from the diet and you’ll see the results within few weeks. Cleanse the body and the skin will clear out from acne too: drink green
      tea, nettle tea, and horsetail tea; these are one of the best skin
      cleansers. Eat healthy fats, best in salmon or nuts (walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts); high protein foods help to rebuild the skin cells; rich Vitamin C foods are great in fighting acne, especially berries, oranges, peaches.
