The Kitchen Workout Secrets Your Mother Didn’t Share With You

Some research shows that multi-tasking can reduce your efficiency and productivity. But how about busy people (like you and me!) who want to exercise but REALLY don’t have much time?

It is so nice to have one full hour of quiet time for yoga or some other exercise but in reality is not that easy for many of us. At the same time I truly understand the importance of taking care of myself and do enough exercise not only for my physical health but also for my mental health.

If I do the exercise, my body feels relaxed and my mood changes. Moving my body is not only good for myself but ultimately good for my family. This exercise is the one I do when I am in the kitchen. I love cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen so why not combine the exercise and cooking?

How To Tone Your Thighs And Midsection While Doing Something Else

In some of my previous videos, I have shown you how to tighten your tummy and support your back without crunches. Try the tummy tightener. This is a good one to do while standing. I did this exercise a lot while nursing my daughter Nina.

If you have tight shoulders and spend a lot of time in the car or in front of the computer, this is the one for you: “Get a flatter stomach with your shoulders“. Another standing pose for the tummy is right here. As you can see, I LOVE multitasking exercises!

In this video, you will learn:

  • How to tone your inner and outer thighs
  • How to tone your midsection while you are cooking, doing dishes, or brushing your teeth.
