It is getting harder to get out of bed these days. My body does not like cold weather. Cold weather makes my body tight and I can feel that especially in the morning. I usually do a short yoga exercise routine in the morning and at night. It makes a HUGE difference in not only how my body functions throughout the day but also how I feel about myself.
I believe that body and mind are connected. When my body is relaxed and flexible, my mind works the same way. So here is the exercise for this week: shoulder exercise for middle back pain and tightness.
I have shown you other exercises for the shoulder areas, if you combine them all together, your back will be in great shape without anymore (middle back) pain/tightness. No more excuses when it comes to these easy exercises, just do it!
