3 Steps To Jumpstart Your 2023

Here’s how to transform your 2023 into a year of optimism, new intentions, and self-love.


The biggest irony of the New Year is presumably something that you’re experiencing at this very moment. 

By now, society tells you that you should feel energized, renewed, and even ready to take charge – but you might be reading this as you lay on your couch thinking “why do I look exhausted?” or “why do I feel like I’ve been left behind?” 

Now that the holidays are over, everyone has gotten back to business – except for you. 

Perhaps, you’re still recovering from all the preparations and gatherings that drained your social battery and took a toll on your well-being.

Or as you look into the mirror for the first time this year, you’re probably missing the version of yourself that actually felt excited over the idea of starting a year anew. 

Good news is, you can turn things around and jumpstart 2023 with three easy steps.

But first, ask yourself:

What do I want to CHANGE about myself this 2023?

How can I feel good about myself AGAIN? 

What habits should I build to evoke my OWN happiness?

Tip #1: Take Action 

Let’s get the most challenging step out of the way: Action! 

Every successful routine starts with a plan and follows with concrete action.

These actions don’t have to be drastic – they can be small, baby steps that you can take to move closer to your goal as you go along. 

Let’s say….

You want to start taking care of yourself again this year by paying attention to your skin and your daily habits. 

I will personally start by allotting 10 to 15 minutes of my day to practice Face Yoga so I can reduce the stress signs on my face – 100% NATURALLY.

You can consciously put a stop to it and let your skin heal from these seemingly harmless practices.  

If you’re using a smartphone, computer or any digital device, I want you to try the “digital detox” every day, especially if you’re always busy and feel like you don’t have enough time.

Whether you realize it or not, just doing this simple smartphone detox can reduce your stress and benefit your skin in ways you have never imagined.
