No More Miserable Days!

After moving to California, I started suffering from hay fever. At first I did not know what was going on! A lot of sneezing, congestion, runny nose, red eyes, and sinus pressures.  My face looked very puffy and tired.  My eyes were always red and I started feeling almost depressed, I was miserable. One day, a friend of mine who is a yoga teacher and also into the natural lifestyle introduced me to the local honey and pollen.  Not only did they work for me but they tasted good!

I just start taking local honey and pollen right before the hay fever season and now I am free from this seasonal “visitor”. Try them and see how the nature works on you!

Skeptical? Not Enough Proof?

I too was very skeptical at first when my friend told me about the “local raw honey and pollen” to cure my miserable hay fever!  The drugs made me drowsy and tired so I tried to avoid them as much as possible. I had nothing to lose and honey tasted good anyway. To make a long story short, I had the best season when I tried the honey and pollen. There was no suffering at all! Was it the placebo effect? I do not care! All I know is that honey and pollen have given me the best summer season in California!

Have you tried this?  Do you have any natural tips to cure hay fever?  Please tell me in the comments below.

  1. If I also were to eat some of my cat’s hair, would that work? Or do you have any other advice concerning cat allergies?

  2. This is exactly what I recommend to my friends and it does work. When possible, buy local, as close to home as possible.
