I will show you a body exercise that you can do to promote healthy kidney function so that you can decrease or prevent the dark circles under your eyes. Does it sound too good to be true? Try it for yourself and see how your face will change gradually.

First, make fists with your hands.

Put both fists on your lower back where the kidneys are. Gently stroke up and down with your fists. You may feel a dull sensation, which is absolutely normal. Next, move your elbows while keeping the fists on your lower back as if you are trying to fly with your arms. Do not hold your breath. Try 10 more times.

    1. Barbara, wow. I think it is working for you. Do you feel tired easily? If, so, try to do this everyday and see how you feel. If you take caffeine or drink, stop for a while. Kidneys are very humble and quiet organs and still they work hard. So give some attention to them and see how it works. Thanks for sharing!

        I did the exercise with the ears also but they still hurt, so i geus i have to build that easy up.

  5. Hello so if I do this exercise it’s not guaranteed to remove my dark circles? At the end of the video you said MAY reduce dark circles. I need something that is guaranteed to work and lighten them up or make them go away permanently
