How to Get Rid of Dark Circles Under Your Eyes

Do you have Dark circles under the eyes? Are you concerned about them?
Like it or not, dark circles under the eyes make you look very tired and old. You can try to hide them with concealers but it is still hard to cover them up completely!

A Killer(and very simple) Exercise to Take Care of Your Kidneys
In this video, I will show you a body exercise you can do to promote healthy kidney function so that you can decrease/prevent the dark circles under the eyes. Does it sound too good to be true? Try it for yourself and see how your face will change gradually.

First, make fists with your hands.

Put the both fists on your lower back where the kidneys are. Gently stroke up
and down with your fists. You may feel a dull sensation, which is absolutely normal.

Next, move your elbows while keeping the fists on your lower back as if you are trying to fly with your arms.

Do not hold your breath. Try 10 more times.

      It really depends on the person so hard to say but regular practice is “must” to improve, cure and even prevention :)

      Barbara, wow. I think it is working for you. Do you feel tired easily? If, so, try to do this everyday and see how you feel. If you take caffeine or drink, stop for a while. Kidneys are very humble and quiet organs and still they work hard. So give some attention to them and see how it works. Thanks for sharing!

        I am just back on black coffee, didn’t drink for a long time, i am gonna switch to tea the, thanks for sharing ;0))
        I did the exercise with the ears also but they still hurt, so i geus i have to build that easy up.
