During the fall and winter months, you can hide your arms in long sleeves. You do not really pay attention until one day you wear a tank top and see the “sleeves” UNDER your arms! As we age, this part of our body ages too. It gets flabby and bigger. So what can you do? Here are a couple of advices on how to get rid of flabby arms!
There are so many exercises you can do to tone your arms such as lifting weights or doing push ups. You can also do yoga! But how about a simple exercise?
So, to get rid of those flabby arms and, what is more important, to make this part of your body looking toned and fit, you won’t need any equipment – you will only need your arms!
I call this exercise “The Doorknob Exercise.” Too simple? Well, try it for a few days and see how you feel and how your arms look!
