I will try this. I wear a CPAP machine mask all night and the straps sit right in the eyebag area all night, so I wake up looking like a hag. Hopefully this will help a little.

Hello, I am practising 100 water splashes since one month already, I/m really thankful to you for this trick! It feels great! But could you explain please, why shouldnt I touch my face while doing the exercise? It comes out that I touch it, because i want the water to spread more over my face.

Hi Irina, it’s more of the movement of the water being splashed to your face than you actually washing it that does the effect, that’s why you shouldn’t use your hand 🙂
