Are you confident enough to wear tank tops and show your arms? As we age, our arms age too. They get flabby. They get bigger. A healthy diet cannot change the shape of your arms. If you want to tone your arms and say goodbye to flabby arms I have an exercise for you and, yes, you won’t need a gym for that.

To tone your arms, you do not need to lift heavy weights or go to the gym and use a machine. All you need is a chair. If at first you cannot do 10 times just try 5 times. Eventually you will do 10 reps. easily!!!
