Here’s How To See A Smoother And More Toned Neck

Neck wrinkles and neck lines are a common appearance even for people in their 20’s because their formation isn’t solely caused by aging. In fact, many subconscious daily habits cause premature aging of the neck area, and therefore result in increased neck wrinkles and lines. 


The good news is, we can prevent these lines from forming in the first place and reverse their appearance if they have already formed. The best part, the neck area is one of the easiest areas to tone and see results fast. 

First, let us take into consideration two of the subconscious Aging Habits that are causing neck wrinkles and lines in the first place. 

Sleeping Position

  • Back sleepers who sleep on a high pillow are causing their neck to tilt down, creating added wrinkles while they sleep. With repetition, neck lines will begin to form.

Posture

  • The position of our head, shoulders and neck is important in the prevention of unnecessary creases in this area. 
  • Some common bad posture habits include looking down while on the phone
  • Slouching the shoulders automatically results in a bad position of the head and neck, and this too will add unnecessary neck lines.

  1. just saw a video of me and what i am now calling “pandemic jowls”…. i definitely gained weight during pandemic but the jowls sort of shocked me. working on returning to healthy eating and at the same time, seeking good spot on exercises for my neck n face. thank you! advice?
