The 3 Step Non-Surgical Face Lift

Unlike the popular belief that proper skin care has to be complicated, I believe that a skin care routine should be quick and effective. Follow my 3 step non-surgical face lift routine for and easy Face Yoga routine that brings you results.

Our face needs to be tended to daily, and if you start spending too much time on your routine, you will eventually break this healthy habit as at some point (or maybe not at all) and time will be of concern.

My 3 Step Non-Surgical Face Lift Routine

In order to create a sustainable and lasting routine, I combine my morning product application with Face Yoga. This is what I like to call my NonSurgical Facelift Routine!

Because I thoroughly cleanse my face at night, in the morning I wash my face without a cleanser. I simply start with my infamous 100 Times Face Splash. Next, I apply moisturizer. I personally like the Whipped Oxygen Moisturizing Cream, but you can use a moisturizer of your choice, or create your own from one of our D.I.Y recipes in our blog.

When you apply your moisturizer, tap it gently onto your entire face. For areas of concern, apply a little extra moisturizer. One of the reasons I prefer the Whipped Oxygen Moisturizing Cream is because it has natural ingredients which balance my skin tone and reduce puffiness, while helping defend my skin against free-radicals!

First, start with the forehead.

Face Yoga Method Forehead Lift Fumiko

Place your hand on the forehead and start to lift the forehead up. The reason we do this is because when you push down on your forehead, you will create droopiness. This is something you want to avoid.

So always, push up.

At first, you might feel a strange sensation at the back of your head as you push up the forehead. This is because this muscle is connected and extends from the forehead all the way to the back of the head.

If you feel a sensation, make sure to open your chest, push down your shoulder blades, and gently tap the back of your head. With time, you will get used to this exercise. Always keep in mind that good posture is important.

Next, focus on the face.

As you lift up the forehead with one hand, place the other hand on your face. This hand should go along the face line, with your fingers facing up towards your eye. The cheek is composed of many different muscles, not just one big muscle. Therefore, spread your fingers along the face line, so your pinky is close to the nose and your thumb can touch the side of the neck, and gently lift towards the ear.

Be very gentle with this NonSurgical Face Lift, to avoid creating extra lines.

Hold for 10 seconds.

Finish by evening out the sides.

Repeat the steps from above in the same order, just on the other side of your face. You will even see less crow’s feet as you lift!

You did it  – A Facelift Without Surgery!

You may feel sensations in your face even after one set, but for optimal results we recommend completing three sets of this routine on each side. If you notice any asymmetry in the forehead area, you can then repeat the steps on the side that appear lower to even out the asymmetry.

Who knew a sustainable routine could be this quick and effective?!

At the Face Yoga Method we encourage you to live a well rounded holistic lifestyle that is both attainable and sustainable. A little goes a long way, and the results of our Face Yogis speak for themselves. We’d love to support your Journey further and would like to gift you a FREE FULL FACE routine to download and try. 1. I am confused by different advise for face exercises. Some yoga instructors swear that excercising once a day is enough.

From the reviews on face yoga method, I notice that some carry out the exercises several times a day. Can I do the exercises more than once a day? Wouldn’t too many exercises strain the face muscles n make the face stressed out?

Would once a day be effective enough?

Yes, Angie, we have Face Yogis that do from 3 times to 1 time a day, it depends on what exercises you do on your routine, just remember to not overdo it! 🙂

  2. I was told that it is not good or effective to do exercises only for one spot for example to exercise only the eyes or the jowls. The whole face needs to be worked on to achieve a balanced look. So would I have to buy the full face program?

It depends on what area you wish to focus on, Steffi! But, you will get a better result focusing on your whole face since all the muscles are connected 🙂

  3. Hi Carol! 😉 We try to have our Products back in stock as soon as possible. However with the Holiday Season and COVID 19, it may be a few weeks. Thanks for your patience.
