The Best Answer To All Of Your Questions About Face Yoga

People often ask me different questions about Face Yoga, about the courses I teach, the exercises, or about my motivation. I can talk all the long about all of those, but I also want you to learn one important thing that I feel obliged to share with you. Here is my best answer about all your questions about Face Yoga.

It is Thanksgiving day in the US and we all need to be thankful for what we have.  No matter what your situation is you have something to be thankful for.  It could be your family, your health, your working situation or the fact that you live in a country you love.  It is so important to find something you are grateful every day.  By expressing gratitude we draw more abundance into our worlds.

I want you to know that each and every one of you is truly beautiful from the inside out but before anyone else can see that beauty you must see it yourself.

Lately I have gotten so many questions from people talking about how they dislike the way they look and how they want to change things.  All of us have things we don’t like about ourselves physically but I want to ask you to be extra kind to yourself today and take a moment to appreciate what you find most beautiful about yourself.

Please listen to what I have to say on this subject right here because unless you love yourself as you are right now you will not find the outer beauty you seek.

p.s. Here are the main three things you should always do after a Face Yoga practice!

  1. Hi Fumiko
I have watched a few of your youtube videos which I find so helpful. Have you ever helped anyone with Bells Palsy before? When I am tired my affected side aches and people know im tired due to my face being so uneven. Its extremely upsetting but I have come to live with it these past 6 years. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciative.

Hi Lydia, yours is truly a very special case and we plan on looking deeper and doing more research exercises that help those with Bell’s Palsy. Thank you for the suggestion!

  3. I am getting slightly worried as I have been exercises my lower face area, due to deep lines either side of my chin under mouth area, These lines seem to be getting bigger with more little lines on what am I doing wrong

    1. Hummm. Are you drinking enough water or eating enough protein? Also make sure you moisturize your face before the exercise. If you think it is too much, do it less sets and see how it goes!
