The Forehead Exercise Mistakes You’ve Subconsciously Been Making

Here’s the thing…

Your subconscious exercise mistakes are hindering you from your maximum Face Yoga results.

You’ve invested time, money, and effort into Face Yoga and you deserve the maximum results this revolutionary Method can provide. If you feel you’re doing everything right and following one of our digital Programs step-by-step, but still aren’t seeing a smooth, wrinkle-free forehead, we know why.

Something we can’t stress enough is your subconscious patterns and exercise mistakes are preventing you from achieving the results you’re after!

We already know what’s hindering you and we’re here to set it right.

Common Mistake #1 — Skipping Warm-Up Exercises

It’s no secret that every single athlete in the world starts EVERY practice with a WARM UP! Science and anatomy have already proved how vital warming up the body is before exercising. Yet, a common mistake is that we overlook the importance of warm up’s when it comes to our faces.

But just like the body, the face is composed of many muscles, and for best results, these muscles require warming up too. The Wow, for example, is a great warm up exercise that releases tension and stress from your face muscles and uplifts your mood.

In addition, your face and your body are connected and work together. Beginning your face exercise with body warm-ups as well will make you feel energized, and at the same time, calm, relaxed, and ready for Face Yoga. This is a game-changer for your Practice!

Common Mistake #2 — Wrinkling Forehead While Practicing

You need to pay attention to and concentrate on, the muscles you’re using. Doing your exercises slowly and with awareness of the muscles you should be using, will ensure that you’re not subconsciously wrinkling your forehead and counteracting your results.

The wrinkling of the forehead is a common occurrence during The Wow Pose and The Eye Opening Binocular Pose. In the beginning, we suggest doing your Face Yoga Practice in the mirror, especially when doing these exercises, to ensure proper technique. (PS: We actually created software that brings a virtual mirror up alongside your Face Yoga tutorial! Available in our Face Toning Bootcamp Only).

With time, you’ll learn how to isolate certain muscles and will be able to feel what you’re doing and if it’s right.

Common Mistake #3 — Not Relaxing Your Forehead Muscles

The forehead muscle is used in almost every single facial expression. This is why the forehead area is often one where wrinkles and lines first start to appear, and the reason people who haven’t found Face Yoga resort to Botox injections.

Because the forehead also carries a lot of tension, it’s important to integrate relaxation of muscles into your Practice for best results. The relaxation also comes in the form of breath, both during your Face Yoga practice but also in your day-to-day life.

Try and take note of when you’re holding your breath and when you’re tensing your forehead muscles both during Practice but also as you go through your daily routines. Bring awareness back and allow yourself to relax, to breathe. Tapping is a great practice to reduce stress and tension from the muscles.

While subconscious exercise mistakes might be hindering your Practice, they’re soon to be a thing of the past! You’re just a few, simple improvements away from the forehead results you’re after.

And if you’re curious what other subconscious habits might be affecting you and your face, we’ve created an exclusive, complimentary quiz for you to determine your most Aging Habit and how to correct it.
