I recently took 13 of the Face Yoga Method (FYM) all women team members to a business conference in Nashville and the lessons to learn were endless. You see, we’re a virtual team and it’s not often we all get together in person, but when we do our connection always gets stronger.
It’s funny because when we were checking in to the conference we were attending, one of the event staff asked said to me, “With all these women, how can you possibly all get along and get things done?!”
Not knowing what else to do at the time (and to spare him a long-winded answer) I laughed-off his comment. But with International Women’s Day coming up, now feels like the right time for me to share what I wanted to say then. Here it is:
I can’t imagine running this global business without these women behind me.
Although our ages range from early twenties to mid fifties, we’re from all parts of the world, and grew up in all sorts of situations, we are all united.
Our team is now composed of over 20 powerhouse women, representing 13 nationalities from 6 out of the 7 continents worldwide. We speak over 10 languages and are able to serve the diverse and growing Face Yogi Community every day.
Can you believe that on top of delivering new videos every week to over 3 million people and thousands of members, we also host seven different programs online? Plus, we run an entire e-commerce shop with our very own skincare products (which we ship anywhere in the world!)…
But that’s not all! I also have an entire personal life to run behind the scenes.
Of course I need my tribe beside me.
Because there are days when I need to recharge, there are times when I need to fully focus on my Face Yoga Teacher Certification Students, or when I need to go to a conference to expand my knowledge.
I can’t be behind my desk 24/7 and I can’t be the leader of this platform on my own.
Everyone on my team plays a vital role in my business and their unique experience and creativity allows us to support you.
And the best part: YOU!
Your vibe attracts your tribe and it’s because of our differences that we’ve all come together in support of the same thing. At the Face Yoga Method we support every woman, no matter what religion, upbringing, city or village they come from. We celebrate your age whether it be 20 or 90 years young. We support each other with love and compassion that we want to receive in return.
I strongly believe that the tribe I’ve created on this team is the reason why Face Yoga is so trusted around the world. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of this?!

So, back to the original question, “How can you possibly all get along and get things done?!” Well, sir, you’re looking at them.
Remember to never stop learning, and find time to embrace your talents, your genuine heart, and have trust in what women can accomplish when we work together.
