How do you start your day? Do you have a hard time starting fresh? Are you fully awake? Do you need to drink a lot of coffee to wake yourself up? In today’s video, I want to share some secrets of one of my morning routines. It wakes up my body and mind both mentally and physically instantly.
I used to drink a lot of tea to wake myself up and still neither my body, nor my mind were fully awake until late morning. I was wasting my time!
After doing this routine for a few minutes, I am fully awake! I feel the power of nature.
