Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and will not be reimbursed by Face Yoga Method. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order. All packages don’t get stopped at customs and there is no telling which ones will or which won’t, so it is best to be mindful of this – Just in case! In the event that you decide not to pay customs, a refund will be granted once the item has arrived back and is restocked . Kindly note that reverse logistics can take a bit of time.

COVID-19 has severely impacted domestic and international couriers. Non-essential goods transportation has been restricted. Several countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to international destinations. Once shipped, delivery time within the US is normally 2-6 days and 5 weeks internationally. However, due to the COVID-19 impact, all orders are experiencing delays.

Due to the shipping restrictions, we are not shipping Collagen SuperPowder to Australia.

Processing time for orders can take up to 5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Occasionally these times may be extended during holidays, launches, new releases and promotions. However, we will try our best to get them out to you as quickly as we can.

Once shipped, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days and 10-20 business days internationally. Please note that due to the COVID-19 impact, all international orders are experiencing delays. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS within the US and DHL for international. Please watch the tracking as USPS or DHL ecommerce is responsible up until point of entry into the country of destination and after that it is usually handed over to a local courier. This may mean you have to continue the last part of your tracking on a different website. For example, in the UK, it usually is handed onto ParcelForce. They are usually the ones to update their tracking regarding the customs status.
