At age 65, I finally found the combination cleanser and moisturizer I need for my combination skin and at a reasonable price. The scent is heavenly, the cleanser lathers beautifully with only a dab of product. It rinses off quickly, leaving no residue. The lotion is a perfect weight and absorbs into my skin instantly. Oh, did I mention the heavenly scent?!

This is the best facial cleanser I have used. It is not harsh nor irrirate my sensitive skin. I hope they would lower the price since it is expensive for a facial cleanser, so more people can afford it.

I love this ultra concentrated cleanser! Takes a pea size to do whole face and neck and leaves no residue on my face that would cause me breakouts. I've been using it for over a year and still love it!

I am enjoying the super collagen powder, I sometimes drink it with my MuChaCho matcha green tea!
I have purchased other the face yoga products and want to comment on one of those.
I am liking the skin care line and use the cleanser, pure oxygen plasma whipped oxygen moisturizing cream. The problem I have been having is with the pumps on the moisturizing cream. I get through part of the bottle and the pump stops working. This has happened on a number of the pumps. I try to clean it , but it just quits working. Then to get to the remainder of the product I have to unscrew the top and take the cream off the tubing. Have you had any other comments about this issue? I keep hoping with a new bottle it wont happen again but it still does!! Frustrating:(

I have a digital version of FYM. It’s well-written, and simple to understand, with detailed instructions and explanations.


I do think it is necessary to have any kind of copy of the book if you’re starting to practice the method.


However, I would also recommend having Fumiko’s introduction of poses through classes and/or programs to get a precise understanding of how to execute each of those poses.

I put Collagen Super Powder in my coffee in the morning. This helps to lessen the strong taste of the coffee. I don't put sugar in my coffee. It also helps my coffee taste full, balanced, and smooth. For me, this is my version of Cappucino. Love it and tastes delicious to me.
