Refund policy

Once shipped, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days and 10-20 business days internationally. Please note that due to the COVID-19 impact, all orders are experiencing delays. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us and request a refund or return. You may return the items that are in their original condition and in sealed packaging. Those that are not returned in perfect conditions, can’t be sent back to our inventory and, therefore, a refund is not possible. Please email customer support at [email protected]. You will be provided with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and all the information we need in order to process refunds and returns. Reimbursement will be issued minus shipping and handling fees. No refunds or returns are accepted on apparel items.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. It will not leave our fulfillment center damaged and the Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage while in their care.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Unclaimed and returned packages will be eligible for a refund once the order arrives back at our fulfillment house. The refund will be issued minus the shipping and handling fees.
