How To Make A Face Mask At Home – Part 1

Making a face mask at home is a lot easier to do than you may think.  Face masks are wonderful for refreshing the skin and temporarily tightening the pores. The wonderful thing about making a DIY face mask is that it doesn’t have to cost a lot because you will already have a lot of the ingredients in your kitchen.  In this video I will show you how I quickly and easily draw the pattern for a home made face mask and then cut it out.  All you will need for this mask is a pair of scissors and a paper towel.  Once you have the home made face mask pattern you can make a facial mask whenever you like.

The combination of face exercises and a facial mask is a like a double whammy if you are going out to a big event.  If you have somewhere special to go I highly recommend practicing face yoga throughout the day and then doing a face mask an hour or so before your event.  Your face will feel fresh and your skin will glow thanks to all the circulation.

Another big boost is to drink at least a liter of water a day for up to three days before your event day.  The benefits of drinking water are incredible but most of us don’t drink enough water.  If you are having a hard time drinking that liter of water than try sparkling water.

The face mask may look a bit scary but the results are well worth it once you take off the mask. In my next video, I will show you “how” you can use this mask using our own moisturizer. Do you have any favorite DIY face mask recipes?
