The 100 Times Face Splash

If you’re new to our world, this is a great place to start you off with the Face Yoga Method! And for our existing Face Yogis, we’re going to answer your commonly asked questions about the 100 Times Face Splash.

The 100 Times Face Splash can:

  • Improve your complexion
  • Reduce eye puffiness and under-eye circles
  • Balance your skin tone
  • Refreshes your skin
  • Reduce acne
  • Tighten your pores
  • Wake you up
  • and boost your mood

“After 100 splashes the face is toned and skin is shiny.” – Ivana

The reason it brightens your skin is that it closes your pores and refreshes your skin. It also prepares the skin for what you’ll apply after it, causing maximum glow, brightness, and benefits!

How It Works

“After doing 100 splashes with cold water every morning and night, combined with Face Yoga for one week, I feel more confident because my face looks brighter.” – Quynh

Just as it sounds, the trick to the 100 Times Face Splash is to splash your face with water. All you need is a bowl and water! But there are a few key steps to getting maximum results — no soap or cleanser required!

The trick to this Method’s effectiveness is in the number of splashes, the temperature of the water, and what you apply after.

There’s something about the 100 splashes, so we recommend aiming for 100 splashes, though even 50-100 will yield results. For the 100 Times Face Splash, the water should be cold, and lower than your body temperature. For even greater results, add ice cubes to your water. You can also combine the two and do 80 splashes with the cool water, followed by 20 with the ice water. For beginner Face Yogis new to this Method, start slowly. Even a little bit cooler than your body temperature has wonderful benefits.

Getting The Best Results With The 100 Times Face Splash

“…I see a big difference in my complexion. I do the 100 splashes daily.” – Lynn

For best results do the 100 Times Face Splash at night, or first thing in the morning along with your Face Yoga Practice. We prefer to do the 100 Times Face Splash in the morning, as it wakes you up and sets you up for the day. For maximum results add this Method to your daily Practice! Some Face Yogis even do this Method twice a day.

Your skin will thank you and you’ll start to notice your mood and your skin feeling fresh and renewed.

This is a great Practice to do as a pick me up, or anytime you need a boost. (If you have makeup on, it might be a good idea to remove it before the 100 Times Face Splash.). If your skin is loving it, we say go ahead! Water can’t hurt as long as you’re mindful of the temperature so you’re not drying out your skin. In addition, water can help cleanse you energetically — once again leaving all around beautiful benefits for you and your skin.

For acne-prone skin, we advise using fresh running water, instead of water from a bowl, so that you’re not spreading bacteria to other parts of the skin. You can still use a bowl under the running tap to catch the water and later recycle by watering your plants with it.

Your One-Step Method

If you’re hesitant about how the 100 Times Face Splash works, we invite you to step out of your comfort zone and give it a try!

While we can talk about benefits all day, you’ll need to feel them for yourself. The 100 Times Face Splash is the one ingredient, one-step Method that has helped us and our Face Yogis revive our glow and brighten our skin.

Pair with a Face Yoga Practice for optimal benefits.

  1. Does the cold water cause broken capillaries. Has anyone faced that issue. My skin is sensitive so I get nervous about that. Any suggestion?

We recommend using water colder than your body temperature, but not ice-cold water. But, listen to your skin and only do procedures that benefit you! 🙂

  2. Do you actually splash you face with cold water 100 times. In the video you did it 10 times each in 2 tries. Is this 100 splashes at one try or is it several times a day in different increments to make up the 100?

  3. Thank you
I do 100 splash while bathing that too with little force and fast.. It increase blood circulation I think
I saw you doing gently slowly
    Please guide

  4. This is great! I have very cold water from the tap, so when I get to 60 splashes the feeling can be very intense, but it sure does wake you up and face feels amazing!

The water only needs to be colder than body temperature, you can use cold water but only for 20 splashes 🙂

  5. I completely love the 100 splashes… I alternate warmish x 20 splashes then cold x 20 splashes – end up doing 120 splashes in morning… 3 times in each bowl… so much easier to count… ha ha… I am finding I enjoy the cold more than the warm now… will need to add ice cubes I think! Also enjoy doing quite a few splashes with my pm cleanse too 🙂

thank you Fumiko for this wonderful, simple skincare trick.
