If you are wrinkling or frowning, you are probably not using the eyelids but rather the forehead muscles to open your eyes. If you keep doing this, your wrinkles and/or frowning will get deeper, longer and become permanent. Since you are not using your eye area muscles, the space between your eyes and eyebrows gets larger and that can create droopy eyelids too!

One of the best ways to decrease and soften the forehead lines is to stop unconscious repetitive movements and train the forehead muscles not to move when you open your eyes and/or speak. It may not be easy at first, but you will definitely see the difference in a few weeks. Just paying attention to your own face movement helps you to correct this habit.
