But unfortunately, many women are self-conscious about their smiles and often avoid smiling for the sole reason of avoiding smile lines.

At the Face Yoga Method, we want you to regain your confidence, smile often, and feel good about your smile! It doesn’t have to be one over the other.

Face Yoga For Smile Lines

Our face, just like our body, is composed of many muscles. Learning to tone and shape these muscles will in turn give us the desired result. When it comes to your smile, Face Yoga will help smooth out marionettes, smile, and laugh lines and prevent the lines from deepening, 100% naturally! 

It’s also important to note that our smile is a part of both the cheek and the mouth area of the face. The way that Face Yoga helps with wrinkles and lines around the mouth is by pushing the lines out from the inside and simultaneously lifting the cheek muscles.   1. Hi my name’s Cheryl Boys and I live in New Zealand. My husband is fighting bowel cancer at the moment.
    I know this must sound cheap but I always practice the Face Yoga Exercises that you do for free on YouTube. I’ve been told that I don’t look 57 and I always give you the credit.
    I’ve just started doing the 100 times cold water face splash.
    Thank you so very much for all your help. I really hope to have the money to join the Face Yoga Method but at the moment it’s just not possible.
