Some of this is caused by factors we cannot control, like age and genes, but other factors that cause significant creases around mouth can be reversed and prevented with Face Yoga!

Face Yoga exercises can smooth out laugh lines (also called smile lines), and prevent them from deepening. The way that Face Yoga helps with wrinkles around mouth is by pushing the lines out from the inside and simultaneously lifting the cheek muscles. Laughing and smiling is a natural part of life (and we would never encourage a straight face for the sake of avoiding laugh or smile lines) but the good news is, you don’t have to choose

A great exercise to start with to combat laugh lines is “The Big O™”

This exercise doesn’t only help to smooth out laugh and smile lines, but it also increases blood circulation throughout the entire face and neck areas which means you will have a healthy, glowing flush by the end of the practice! 

How to do “The Big O™”

  1. Open your mouth by dropping your jaw and make an “O” shape with your mouth by pressing your upper lip area against your teeth.
  2. Feel the smoothening sensation under your eye area. 
  3. Hold this for 10 seconds. 
  4. Repeat 2 more sets.

    1. Hey Seryozha! Most Face Yogis see visible results within a few weeks of diligent daily practice. Consistency is key with Face Yoga, that’s why we keep the routines short and powerful. We recommend that those practicing the Face Yoga Method dedicate about 10 to 15 minutes a day to the exercises and poses.
