A Killer(and very simple) Exercise to Take Care of Your Kidneys
In this video, I will show you a body exercise you can do to promote healthy kidney function so that you can decrease/prevent the dark circles under the eyes. Does it sound too good to be true? Try it for yourself and see how your face will change gradually.

First, make fists with your hands.

Put the both fists on your lower back where the kidneys are. Gently stroke up and down with your fists. You may feel a dull sensation, which is absolutely normal. Next, move your elbows while keeping the fists on your lower back as if you are trying to fly with your arms. Do not hold your breath. Try 10 more times.
