How To Make Face Yoga A Daily Habit With One Exercise

Do you get excited when you see some new “diet” and “exercise” hoping that you will follow through this time? Do you follow the exercise for a few days but then quit before you see the results? And then feel bad about yourself? Well, I have been there and I remember how it felt and I did not like it!!! Then to make myself feel “better,” I always came up with the most reasonable, wonderful “excuse.” I hope this is not the case for you. If so, here are some solutions

  1. Do not make face exercises “optional”!
  2. Do at least one facial exercise a day. Just one!
  3. Ask yourself: “Why do I do this exercise?” “How do I want to feel/look?”

Take baby steps and still you will see the results!

Even a single exercise a day or a strong will to feel a specific way about yourself are the great first steps to making face yoga your daily habit!
