How To Make Face Yoga A Daily Habit With One Exercise

Do you get excited when you see some new “diet” and “exercise” hoping that you will follow through this time? Do you follow the exercise for a few days but then quit before you see the results? And then feel bad about yourself? Well, I have been there and I know how it felt and I did not like it!!! Then to make myself feel “better,” I always came up with the most reasonable wonderful “excuse.” I hope this is not the case for you. If so, here are some solutions:

Do not make face exercises “optional
Do at least one facial exercise a day. That is it!
Ask yourself, “why do I do this exercise?” “How do I want to feel/look?”

Take a baby step and still you will see the results!

This pose is a great one because it kills 3 birds with one stone:

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Smokers lines
  • Double chin

Imagine how you would feel if you didn’t have any worries about those areas.

    I need help in getting rid of laugh lines and a lift in the face.How many times in a day can i do the exercise you posted for face lift? Looking for a faster result and can devote lot of time in exercising

  2. I have been using your method for over a year now. I’m 57 and people tell me regularly that I don’t have any wrinkles and that I have beautiful skin. One of my closest friends told me last week end “You look like a completely different person”. I feel like I owe it all to you. I just do my exercises everyday about 3-5 times. I also do a couple extra when I’m watching TV or running around in the car. I eat as much organic food as possible and drink lots of water. THANK YOU!!! 🙂
