How To Make Face Yoga A Daily Habit With One Exercise

Do you get excited when you see some new “diet” and “exercise” hoping that you will follow through this time? Do you follow the exercise for a few days but then quit before you see the results? And then feel bad about yourself? Well, I have been there and I remember how it felt and I did not like it!!! Then to make myself feel “better,” I always came up with the most reasonable, wonderful “excuse.” I hope this is not the case for you. If so, here are some solutions

  1. Do not make face exercises “optional”!
  2. Do at least one facial exercise a day. Just one!
  3. Ask yourself: “Why do I do this exercise?” “How do I want to feel/look?”

Take baby steps and still you will see the results!

Even a single exercise a day or a strong will to feel a specific way about yourself are the great first steps to making face yoga your daily habit!

The pose I will show you in the video below is a great one because it kills 3 birds with one stone:

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Smokers lines
  • Double chin

Imagine how you would feel if you didn’t have any worries about those areas! I believe that incorporating face yoga into your daily routine and making it a healthy habit is a great solution for taking care of all your “facial” worries.

  3. I have been using your method for over a year now. I’m 57 and people tell me regularly that I don’t have any wrinkles and that I have beautiful skin. One of my closest friends told me last week end “You look like a completely different person”. I feel like I owe it all to you. I just do my exercises everyday about 3-5 times.
