The sun is new each day. The morning air is so fresh. Everyday, we have a brand new day and a chance to start anew. How you start your day really affects the rest of your day.

How do you start your day? Do you have a hard time starting fresh? Are you fully awake? Do you need to drink a lot of coffee to wake yourself up?

In today’s video, I want to share some secrets of one of my morning routines.
It wakes me up both mentally and physically instantly.

I used to drink a lot of tea to wake myself up and I still wasn’t fully awake
until late morning. I was wasting my time!

After doing this routine for a few minutes, I am fully awake! I feel the power of nature. Try this and feel the difference!
