I travel a lot for my work, I am a wife and I am a mother of a super energetic toddler who I chase around all day long. I barely have enough time and energy to take care of myself, so, how so I find time to practice Face Yoga? How can I look younger than my age? For a long time I was on a quest to find the secret of “having it all”. This Zen quote sums it up for me: “the journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step”. 4 Fast & Easy Ways to Fit Face Yoga into Your Life
Everybody goes to bathroom at least a few times a day, right? Most of us drive a car everyday. All of us brush our teeth at least once a day. All of us take showers everyday. If you can say “yes” to these practices, you will have plenty of time to exercise your face throughout the day.
Brushing your teeth, taking a shower, driving a car – do you do these activities everyday?
1) Whenever you go to the bathroom, practice the Smackeroo. This exercise helps to plump your lips. Plumper lips make you look young. Try to do this pose EVERY TIME you go to the bathroom.
2) When you brush your teeth, try the Detox pose. It helps to detox your system, not only physically but also mentally. It can also help you reduce stress. Stress takes a toll on mental health and physical beauty so go ahead and detox it right out of your system.
3) While you are taking a shower, try the Chin Shaper. A double chin can make you look older and heavier but this simple pose REALLY works on your jawline (Just check out these Before/After Face Yoga photos!).
4) The Big O is my best friend when I drive. I often need some stimulation to keep myself focused and awake. In the morning when I drive my daughter to her daycare, I do this pose to reduce eye puffiness which I usually get in the morning. It works and it also wakes me up! Make sure you focus on the road while you do the Big O face, just beware that other drivers may give you funny looks.
